Frame phenomenon processed in Glass laminating machine
Press effectThis phenomenon mainly occurs on Color translucent film, and there are wooden strips around the glass, and the wooden strips are higher than the glass, the pressure is the biggest at around 10cm from the edge of the glass in vacuuming.and the amount of EVA film would be relatively thinner than other places due to pressure. It shows much transparency than other places.
It would be more obvious while under sunlight. The phenomenon would be more obvious if the EVA film is thicker.
Method:remove the wood strips, let it press on the glass edge.
Glue loss
Because the temperature is too high, the amount of EVA film overflows too much under the action of pressure, the amount of EVA Film on the edge is too thin and the color becomes lighter to form a frame. This phenomenon mainly appears on white and color film.
Method:1.Lower the temperature and reduce the fluidity of the glue volume
2.Block the wooden strips and let the pressure move in
3.Seal the glass around the edge with textured paper to reduce the amount of EVA film overflow, and then cut a strip on the textured paper about the 10cm apart to facilitate exhaust.
Light refraction
After edging,an aperture is formed on the edge of the glass due to the refraction of light, which is a normal phenomenon
Chicken paw print or cypress leaf phenomenon
This kind of imagination mainly appears on black opaque and frosted white EVA foil, mainly because the processing temperature is too high, the fluidity of the EVA foil is faster, and the place where the amount of the EVA film is less do not flowing because of toner,if the toner is exposed,it will form chiken paw prints or cypress leaves.
Method:If we face with this problem,it is suggested that customer could lower the process temperature properly, extend the warming time, reduce the flowing of the EVA foil
