Haze in EVA Foil Lamination

The characteristic of EVA Foil itself decided
1.Ordinary Transparency EVA Foil itself owns high haze,it is only suitable for decorative materials lamination.
Or the customers do not have high requirement for transparency in glass lamination
2.Ordinary Transparency and high transparency owns a certain haze,however,with so many years R&D,the transparency of EVA Foil becomes more and more transparency.
It could competed with PVB Film.
3.It is recommended that customers could choose the ordinary or high transparency in your actual applications.

The cooling speed of the glass decided
In principle,after the glass take out the glass laminating oven,if the cooling speed go down faster,the transparency would be higher
Method:1.In summer,we could blow the silicone bag with big fan after the glass take out of glass laminating furnace,please faster the cooling speed of silicone bag
2.In winter,it is better that we could cool the temperature naturally,it could prevent excessive cooling results in glass burst.

The temperature is uneven in the glass laminating machine
Every place in glass laminating machine owns big different,it results in the inconsistent of cooling down temperature,The crystallization speed of EVA Foil molecular is also inconsistent.
it results in more transparency in the place owns faster cooling down,but some places where cool down slowly owns haze.Sometimes,the glass take out is transparency,but after cooling down,some places have haze.
Method:Inspect the heating pipe if it is broken,test how much the temperature different of every place in glass laminating machine,add fans in glass laminating machine to faster the even of temperature in glass laminating machine.

Prcessing temperature is too low
Processing temperature is too low,the EVA foil could not melt totally,it is still true color of EVA Foil
Method:Please rise the temperature to reach the indicating processing temperature.

Constant time is too short
Although the temperature reach the one we suggested,but the constant temperature time is too short,it is still true color of EVA Foil.
Method:Please extend the constant temperature time.

Put too many layers glasses in glass laminating machine for processing
Put too many layers glasses in glass laminating machine for processing,if we do not rise the temperature or extend the contast temperature time,the EVA Foil will owns haze at somepleaces where the EVA Foil do not melted totally.
Method:Please rise the temperature or extend the constant temperature time
