Bubble problem and solution in the process of laminated glass processing

1.Small bubbles appear in the whole glass:checking the working condition of the vacuum pump and the vacuum degree of the vacuum meter,and check the sealing degree of the vacuum bag and whether the airway is blocked.

2.Bubbles appear in the middle of the glass:airway drainage is not well handled.

3.Bubbles appear around the glass:high temperature heating time is too high or too long and please contact with your supplier to indicate more suitable processing temperature.

4.Fog or haze appears around the glass,accompanied by seriously bubbles:check the dryness of the glass,dryness of EVA film(pay attention to baking or lengthening the holding time in low temperature).

5.The whole surface of the glass appears uniform fog:need to extend the high temperature section of holding time.

6.The middle of the glass appear locally white fog,serious accompanied by bubbles:the cause of this problem is the glass or film wet or water droplets.

7.The glass appears long bubble or bubble belt:tempered glass uneven caused,need to thicker the film or select two pieces of glass with good anastomosis.

8.When tempered laminating,please pay attention to pairing the tempered glass and keep the bending degree is consistent(try to put two pieces of glass to be laminated in the same position,the direction must be consistent;perforated,cut and shape glass should be especially careful)

9.When laminating two pieces of different kinds of tempered glass(such as 8mm+5mm,tempered extra clear glass+tempered tea glass,ordinary float glass+tempered glass,etc.) eva film should be selected in sufficient thickness.

10.When laminating glass and ceramic tile,please polished ceramic tile and the ceramic tile should be dried and waxed.
