EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a common material used for Solar Panel lamination

In Solar Panel industry,we normally use EVA film which could cross linked to encapsulate Solar panel,or we called solar cells.

With processing of lamination machine in high temperature 150C,the EVA film could reach a stable quality.

High quality EVA foil owns superior durablity,it shows excellent weather resistance,although in high temperature,high humidity,long times UV radiation.

Adhesion

The EVA foil also owns excellent adhesion to solar glass and backsheet.although there is uneven surface.

The adhesion of EVA foil would not be affacted and stick very well.

Light transmittance

EVA was famous with its high light transmittance.it means the lights could be transfer,it would not prevent too much sunshine to the solar cells.

EVA foil owns high impact resistance,it could prevent the solar panel from external impact.
